Alon Frydman, DDS

Dr. Frydman is an Associate Professor of Clinical Dentistry in the Division of Periodontology and the Division of Restorative Sciences at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC. Dr. Frydman received his dental degree from UCLA and graduated from the Advanced Periodontology Program at USC, where he has since been a faculty member. Dr. Frydman teaches courses in treatment planning and implant therapy and lectures nationally on topics related to aggressive periodontitis and implant disease. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology as well as an Examiner for the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Frydman?s research focuses on implant therapy and periodontal disease.

 

Krikor Simonian, DDS

Dr. Simonian is a graduate of the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC. He practiced as a general dentist for 11 years, and in the meantime held a faculty position at USC. He obtained his specialty certificate in 2004 upon completion of the 3 year program in Advanced Periodontology at USC, and his board certification by the American Board of Periodontology in 2005. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC Advanced Periodontology Program and has lectured nationally. He has published in several leading peer-reviewed journals, including Journal of Periodontology, International Journal of Oral & Maxillofacial Implants, Journal of the California Dental Association, Clinical Implant Dentistry and Related Research, Clinical Advances in Periodontics and the Journal of the Western Society of Periodontology. Dr. Simonian is an active member of the American Board of Periodontology, American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, California Dental Association and the San Gabriel Valley Dental Society.
